		<description>Trust is a hard one to talk about sometimes because it implies they someone does not trust someone else.  That can get very personal very quickly.  However, not talking about it is more likely to undermine trust in the long run, a lot more than biting the bullet and talking about it heads up.  Still, easier said than done.</description>
